About Me

Hi there! My name is Kira Trinity, and I'm a passionate, dedicated, and sometimes hilarious individual who loves diving deep into the truth of any situation—I can be a bit intense sometimes!

A bit about me: My passion lies in helping autistic individuals like myself thrive without being weighed down by societal expectations. That’s what inspired me to become a Neurodiversity Advocate and Independent Facilitator—I'm pretty much a wizard at finding and securing disability-related resources.

Professional Journey: My path hasn’t been straightforward—being autistic made regular work a struggle for many years. But with the right support, I’ve found my stride and now dedicate myself to helping others get the same support systems that have allowed me to thrive.

Who I Work With: I specialize in assisting neurodivergent people, especially late-diagnosed adult women who have been overlooked by the system. Just because your disabilities are invisible to others doesn’t mean they don’t impact your life—and I see you! My mission is to widen access to support services for autistic adults and families who need them most.

Why Choose Me: What sets me apart? I’m an opportunist, always on the lookout for efficient and effective ways to improve people’s situations. When you work with me, you get hands-on, individualized support—no big company bureaucracy, just direct collaboration every step of the way.

Education & Training: I hold Master and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and a BA in Cinema Production. I’m also trained as an Independent Facilitator, have studied classroom mental health strategies, and am experienced in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Plus, I’m a Certified Sexual Health Educator through Planned Parenthood with extensive experience in educating and advising K-12 students.

Fun Fact: I could cook Russian food all day! From pelmeni to borscht to piroshki, I love whipping up the dishes my mother taught me to make.

Dreams & Aspirations: Travel has always been important to me, but raising my amazing autistic kiddo has kept me closer to home. Now that she's older, I’m itching to explore more of the world.

Favorite Movie: "The Matrix" rocked my world in 1999 and still does. I could watch it on repeat and never get tired of its mind-bending questions.
